Regular Social Dances & Classes

Social Dances

once you have a basic knowledge of the dances, and to get the best out of your lessons, you need to practice the steps you have been taught in your classes. We have a social dance every Monday & regular Saturday dances. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced dancer you will find room to dance, to great music, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Our dances are not suitable for advanced competition dancers or children.


Monday Dances

our Monday dances are held on every Monday throughout the year, which includes Bank Holidays (but excluding our own holiday arrangements).

Saturday Dances

We also run a number of regular Social Dances in Worthing on Saturdays throughout the year so that dancers can relax and enjoy their dancing with friends and other dancers. After all what is the point of learning to dance if you don’t allow yourself that ‘Fred & Ginger’ moment amongst other dancers and friends..

Simply Dancing events are for people who want to dance in great surroundings, with really good music. Wherever you have learnt to dance you are welcome to join us for your Ballroom fix.

We play the full range of Ballroom & Latin American dances with some Salsa & Argentine Tango.

Classes

more and more people are learning to dance Ballroom & Latin American dancing, it's great fun and a good source of exercise, we don't just teach you to dance, we provide you with the facility to practice your dancing, and to enjoy your dancing socially in Worthing & West Sussex.

learning to dance shouldn’t be intimidating, dull or regimented.  It should be easy, and just a little bit addictive. Most of all it should be great fun.

Simply Dancing classes are designed to help you learn the basics, We will teach you everything from the foxtrot to a sultry tango, - and make sure you never, ever play the wallflower again.  No more watching from the sidelines.
